La Tour Saint-Jacques

The Saint-Jacques church was built in the 16th century.  The church itself was later demolished, leaving only the tower still standing.

The tower is less than 200 feet tall, but it's very prominent since it stands all alone in the park.

Le Centre Pompidou

A groundbreaking piece of architecture.  It kind of looks like a refinery that got a makeover.

The windows of Notre Dame

I didn't get any decent pictures of the stained glass windows last time I was at Notre Dame because of foul weather.  Good thing it was sunny this time around.

Tower lightshow

The tower sparkles every hour on the hour as usual, but now there's also a lightshow afterwards, sort of like a giant version of winamp.
